Delaware indecent exposure laws differentiate between males and females:

  1. A male is guilty of indecent exposure in the first degree if he exposes his genitals or buttocks to someone under the age of 16.
  2. A female is guilty of indecent exposure in the first degree if she exposes her genitals, breasts or buttocks to someone less than 16 years of age.
