Growing up in Kent or Sussex County, Delaware, you looked forward to the State Fair every July. Rather you were in 4-H, Future Farmers of America had a cow, pig, or horse, you could be found just north of Harrington at the fairgrounds. If you were not a farm kid, you could still be found in Harrington on the Midway, enjoying the rides and trying to win that stuffed animal or goldfish. Later you could be found ending the day with a concert and lemonade.
