Delaware Terroristic Threatening Laws
A 55-year-old Milford man was arrested and charged with terroristic threatening and possession of a firearm by a person prohibited following an incident at a residence in the 1000 block of Lemuel St. on Feb. 15, police said in a release today.
Detective Dwight Young said that an investigation revealed Anthony E. King had multiple shotguns and a rifle at his residence and that he stated he was going to kill everyone in the State Service Center Building in Milford because he was denied benefits.
Young said King also stated that he was going to kill himself and some of his family members.
He was charged with possession of a firearm by a person prohibited due to a mental condition and terroristic threatening.
King was arraigned and was taken to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $11,000 secured bond.
