Punishable by up to 6 months in jail and a fine of up to $1,150. You may also be required to pay restitution. Prostitution, pimping, and pandering are classified as a Class B Misdemeanor. 

Unclassified Misdemeanors

Some drug arrests are considered Unclassified Misdemeanors. Possession or use of any amount of marijuana is an unclassified misdemeanor. It is punishable with up to 30 days in jail and a fine of up to $575.
